      Sales Manager – Inside Sales (100% Management Role) | Vancouver, BC

      Primary Market: Vancouver, BC
      Work Model: 5 Days In-Office
      Compensation: Up to $80,000 Base + Bonus + Commission
      On-Target Earnings (OTE): ~$110,000
      Role Type: Pure Sales Management (No Personal Quota / No Individual Selling)

      About the Role

      The company is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing outbound SDR team.

      Your success is defined by your ability to lead people, drive activity, and improve team performance.

      • Lead and manage a team of ~10-15 outbound SDRs
      • Drive daily and weekly performance against activity and meeting-booking KPIs
      • Ensure consistent outbound execution (calls, connects, meetings booked)
      • Coach and develop reps through call listening, feedback, and structured performance management
      • Maintain a disciplined, high-energy, and accountable sales floor
      • Partner with leadership to improve conversion rates, productivity, and overall output

      What We Are Looking For

      * 3+ years of experience in sales leadership or SDR management roles
      * Ideally someone who progressed from SDR / outbound sales into leadership
      * Strong coaching ability with a focus on performance and accountability
      * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-change environment
      * Salesforce and Excel experience is an asset

      What to Expect

      • Up to $80,000 base salary + performance-based bonus and commission
      • Realistic OTE of approximately $110,000
      • 5 days in-office in a high-energy, collaborative sales environment in Downtown Vancouver office
