      Territory Sales Manager (Field Sales) | Vancouver, BC

      Compensation: $75,000 Base + Guaranteed Commission in Year 1
      Earnings:

      About the Role

      This is a highly autonomous, field-based sales role focused on new business development across the Vancouver market.

      You will be responsible for prospecting, building relationships, and meeting directly with business owners and senior decision-makers to deliver consultative solutions that add measurable value to their organizations.

      This opportunity is ideal for a true hunter-someone energized by developing new relationships, managing their own territory, and thriving in a fast-paced sales environment with short sales cycles and uncapped earning potential.

      What We’re Looking For

      • 5+ years of B2B field sales experience with a proven track record in new business acquisition
      • Strong hunter mentality with a passion for prospecting and closing new accounts
      • Comfortable operating independently and managing a territory-based schedule
      • Experience selling into SMBs and experience with fast sales cycle is considered a strong asset
      • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
      • Valid driver’s license required

      What You Can Expect

      • $75,000 base salary plus guaranteed commission in Year 1
