Our client is growing and are looking for a Inside Sales Manager to lead their high-performing inside sales team. This is your chance to help shape the success of a company that’s rapidly expanding. You’ll manage a team of Business Sales Consultants (aka BDRS) and collaborate with senior management, all while making a significant impact on the performance of our sales teams.
What You’ll Be Doing:
In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and nurturing both new and seasoned sales consultants. You’ll manage, motivate, and coach the inside sales team to drive high-performing sales opportunities, ensuring a seamless connection between the inside sales team and our field sales force.
From CRM and data management to creating and executing performance-boosting campaigns, you’ll be helping to optimize and scale sales activities.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team of 10-15+ outbound sales consultants.
- Motivate and engage the team with daily, weekly, and hourly sales performance reviews.
- Hands-on Leadership: Have an active presence on the sales floor, driving performance and creating an energetic atmosphere.
- Provide coaching and feedback to help team members exceed their sales targets.
- Regularly review CRM data and campaigns, optimizing for improved results.
- Manage lead flow efficiently to ensure timely responses and follow-up.
- Work closely with our internal training team to address any skill gaps and drive improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Proven Leadership: 3-5+ years of experience managing an outbound sales team, in a fast paced, high-performance sales environment.
- Motivation: You bring personality to the floor and can motivate a team with your enthusiasm and drive.
- Ambitious & Goal-Oriented: You are deeply invested in your team’s success and have the resilience to keep improving.
- Target-Driven: Your ability to manage in a fast-paced, target-based environment is key to your success.

- Base salary of $70,000-$75,000, and with our bonus program, earn a realistic $100,000-$120,000 OTE in your first year!
