Sales Development Representative (Tech Sales) | Toronto, ON
Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (Fully On-Site – 5 Days per Week)
Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE $75,000 – $100,000+)
A rapidly growing SaaS organization is seeking driven and ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join its high-performing sales team in Downtown Toronto.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients across small and medium-sized businesses.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Engage business owners and decision-makers through compelling conversations and storytelling.
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Consistently achieve and exceed activity and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline management within the CRM.

- Minimum 1 year of outbound B2B sales experience.
- Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls daily.
