Business Development Representative
Location: Downtown Toronto
Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE $75,000 – $100,000+)

This is a fully office-based opportunity, working alongside a high-performing sales team in Downtown Toronto five days per week. The in-person environment is designed to foster collaboration, real-time coaching, professional development, and a competitive team culture where success is celebrated.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Minimum 1 year of outbound B2B salesor business development experience
- Comfortable spending a significant portion of your day on the phone engaging new prospects
- Competitive, driven, and motivated by achieving and exceeding goals
- Resilient and able to maintain a positive attitude through rejection and objections
- Strong communicator with the ability to build rapport and tell a compelling story
- Naturally curious and skilled at uncovering business needs through conversation
- Coachable, eager to learn, and committed to continuous improvement
- Looking for a long-term career within a high-growth sales organization
- Experience in SaaS, technology, business services, or other consultative sales environments is considered an asset
