We’re partnering with a high-growth, market-leading B2B services company to hire a Director of Inside Sales – a key leadership role reporting directly to the CEO (Canada) at a critical stage of expansion.
This is a hands-on leadership role, not a desk-based position.
You’ll lead a high-performing outbound sales function of 80+ reps and 6 managers across Toronto and Vancouver, setting the pace on the floor and driving performance daily.
What You’ll Do
- Own and optimise the entire inside sales engine: outbound campaigns, inbound lead flow, data, and overall performance
- Drive higher appointment volume, improved meeting quality, and stronger conversion rates
- Lead from the front with real-time coaching (call listening, floor walks, live interventions)
- Build structure, accountability, and clear career progression across the team
- Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to scale national sales performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading large inside sales / telesales teams
- Strong background in outbound, high-volume, appointment-setting environments
- Highly commercial and data-driven, with a focus on KPIs and performance metrics
- A visible, hands-on leader who can coach, motivate, and challenge teams daily
- High energy, high standards, and confident making quick, impactful decisions
