      Associate Employment Documentation Specialist

      The Opportunity

      We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing HR professional for a fast-paced role within our Employment Consultancy Services Department. This position is critical for delivering high-quality, client-focused HR support, specifically specializing in the creation and refinement of employment documentation. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring all client materials are legally compliant, professionally presented, and tailored to the unique needs of each business.

      You will be working full-time in Downtown Toronto off Union station

      Monday – Friday 9-5:30pm

      Core Responsibilities

      • Documentation Excellence: Conduct client-facing consultations via digital platforms or on-site to review, draft, and update employment contracts, handbooks, and policies in alignment with established best practices.
      • Legal Compliance: Maintain an expert-level understanding of HR and Employment Law. Utilize internal training and legal updates to ensure all documentation is current and identifies potential risk areas.
      • Strategic Advisory: Provide commercial advice regarding documentation content, offering pragmatic solutions that balance legal requirements with the client’s operational goals.
      • Client Relationship Management: Proactively build rapport to serve as a seamless extension of the client’s business. Manage the end-to-end client journey from initial consultation to final resolution.
      • Operational Efficiency: Manage high-volume workloads in accordance with strict SLAs and KPIs, ensuring all deliverables are provided in a timely and comprehensive manner.
      • Brand Advocacy: Actively seek client feedback to enhance organizational reputation and identify opportunities to introduce additional service offerings that provide further value.
      • Professional Integrity: Ensure all interactions-whether via video conference, telephone, or in-person-are handled with professional language and confident delivery.

      Required Experience & Qualifications

      • Certification: CHRP designation is mandatory.
      • Experience: Proven track record in a Human Resources or Employment Law role, with a specific focus on documentation and advisory.
      • Communication: Exceptional written English and word processing skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
