Take the lead in developing and managing a high-energy team of Business Sales Consultants! Your team is responsible for securing daily appointments for our field-based representatives.
π Job Overview
We are looking for a high-achieving Sales Manager to drive team performance in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. As the first point of contact for our services, your team is the engine of our growth. You will report to the Director of Inside Sales and play a vital role in the department’s daily success.
π Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- ποΈ Manage productivity: Oversee team diaries, targets, and overall output.
- π Performance Reviews: Conduct regular 1-to-1s to ensure peak performance.
- π§ Coaching: Provide ongoing development and training for all team members.
- π’ Floor Presence: Maintain a strong physical presence through regular floor walking.
- π€ Collaboration: Work with field sales teams to align business objectives.
