We’re hiring a Sales Manager to take ownership of a telesales function that sits at the heart of new business growth. This isn’t just managing a team – it’s your chance to shape it, grow it, and drive real results.
What You’ll Be Doing

Build and leada high-performing telesales team from the ground up
- Drive activity, quality and appointment conversion
- Coach, develop and push your team to exceed targets
- Own CRM performance and pipeline quality
- Work closely with field sales to maximise opportunities
- Introduce incentives, competitions and ideas to keep energy high
- Deliver performance insights and influence senior leadership
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience managing a telesales / contact centre team
- Strong track record of driving results in a target-driven environment
- A hands-on leaderwho leads from the front
- Commercially focused with a consultative mindset
- Confident working with stakeholders at all levels
