A global leader in the professional services sector is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Director to lead, recruit, and develop a field-based sales team across British Columbia and Alberta.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field sales team across BC and Alberta
- Drive regional sales performance and exceed revenue targets
- Lead from the front through active field engagement, joint client visits, and ongoing sales coaching
- Build and maintain a strong sales culture focused on accountability, performance, and development
- Monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and sales metrics to ensure consistent team success
- Collaborate with senior leadership to execute regional growth strategies
- Support onboarding and continuous training initiatives for new and existing sales professionals
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading field-based sales teams in a B2B environment
- Strong track record of driving new business acquisition and revenue growth
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales professionals
- Experience operating within KPI-driven, fast-paced sales organizations
- Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Full valid driver’s license required
- Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly across Western Canada, including BC and Alberta
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $160,000-$180,000, negotiable – commensurate with experience
- Quarterly bonus structure with realistic OTE of $240,000+/year
- Additional quarterly incentives tied to personally generated business and revenue performance
