      Regional Sales Director – Western Canada (BC & Alberta)

      A global leader in the professional services sector is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Director to lead, recruit, and develop a field-based sales team across British Columbia and Alberta.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving regional growth while actively supporting and coaching a team of Field Sales Business Development Managers in the field.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Recruit, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing field sales team across BC and Alberta
      • Drive regional sales performance and exceed revenue targets
      • Lead from the front through active field engagement, joint client visits, and ongoing sales coaching
      • Build and maintain a strong sales culture focused on accountability, performance, and development
      • Monitor KPIs, pipeline activity, and sales metrics to ensure consistent team success
      • Collaborate with senior leadership to execute regional growth strategies
      • Support onboarding and continuous training initiatives for new and existing sales professionals

      What We’re Looking For

      • Proven experience leading field-based sales teams in a B2B environment
      • Strong track record of driving new business acquisition and revenue growth
      • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing sales professionals
      • Experience operating within KPI-driven, fast-paced sales organizations
      • Excellent coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills
      • Full valid driver’s license required
      • Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly across Western Canada, including BC and Alberta

      Compensation & Benefits

      • Base salary of $160,000-$180,000, negotiable – commensurate with experience
      • Quarterly bonus structure with realistic OTE of $240,000+/year
      • Additional quarterly incentives tied to personally generated business and revenue performance
