You will be working on-site on a full time basis in brand new Downtown Toronto office, off of King station.
Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5:30pm
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and relevant Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) advice and solutions to clients in a professional and efficient manner.
- Proactively follow up with clients regarding advice, solutions, and recommendations, ensuring their needs are met.
- Conduct research on client health and safety inquiries, staying updated with current regulations and best practices.
- Document all client interactions, including conversations and communications regarding OHS issues and advice provided.
- Assist clients in understanding and utilizing the health and safety management system and software tools.
- Collaborate with clients in writing and revising health and safety policies, procedures, and related documentation
- Meet internal key performance indicators to ensure service excellence.
Requirements:
- Degree, diploma, or certificate from an accredited health and safety education or training program.
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant health and safety training and work experience.
- Thorough knowledge of OHS legislation, regulations, and policies in Canada.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management skills.
- High level of computer literacy
