      • Coaching and developing team members through regular one-to-ones, performance reviews and training plans.
      • Working closely with internal departments including Finance, Client Services and Sales Ledger to resolve issues and improve processes.
      • Championing continuous improvement across the collections function.

      • Managing attendance, performance and overall engagement within the team.

      About You

You’ll be an experienced Credit Control leader with a strong commercial mindset and a track record of leading successful collections teams within a business-to-business environment.

      You’ll bring:

      • Previous responsibility for managing a Credit Control team.
      • Experience leading team performance through KPIs, coaching and accountability.
      • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present meaningful reports.
      • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
      • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
      • Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
      • Confidence managing escalated customer issues and complex accounts.
      • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
      • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
