      We are hiring a Field Sales Manager to take ownership of a defined territory in Greater Vancouver. This is a pure new business acquisition role for high-performing sales professionals who thrive on winning new clients, building pipelines, and controlling their own income.

      What You’ll Be Doing

      • Own and grow your territory through new business development
      • Prospect and engage business owners and senior decision-makers across Vancouver and surrounding areas
      • Manage the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closing deals
      • Build and maintain a strong pipeline using cold calling, networking, referrals, and events
      • Operate independently in the field, managing your own schedule and territory strategy
      • Sell high-value HR, Health & Safety, and compliance solutions that deliver measurable ROI to clients

      What We Are Looking For

      • 5-7+ years of B2B outbound field sales experience (mandatory)

      A proven track record of consistently winning new business

      • Strong hunter mentality with a drive for cold outreach and self-generated leads
      • Experience thriving in fast-moving, short-cycle new business sales environments is highly preferred
      • Experience managing your own territory independently
      • Confidence engaging senior stakeholders (Business Owners, Directors, Executives)
      • A proactive approach to networking, referrals, and opportunity creation
      • A valid driver’s licence

      What to Expect

      • $60,000-75,000 base salary with guaranteed commission in your first year to ensure a seamless transition.
      • A realistic OTE of $170,000-$250,000+ with no ceiling on your earnings. Top performers earn ~$400,000/year!
