As they expand their footprint, an exciting opportunity has opened for a field-based Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team in London, Ontario, Canada.
Your Mission: Fuel Growth & Forge Connections
This 100% field-based role gives you the autonomy to own your schedule while chasing and crushing ambitious goals. You’ll be a key player in driving new business, building a strong referral network, and forming lasting relationships with small and mid-sized businesses throughout the region. And you won’t be doing it alone-you’ll be supported by a dedicated BSC partner every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
- Proactively generate leads and book appointments via outreach and referrals
- Meet face-to-face with business owners and key decision-makers
- Cultivate relationships with referral partners and introducers
- Consistently meet (and exceed) your quarterly sales targets
- Strategically manage your sales pipeline using a CRM
- Thrive in a high-energy, results-focused culture where success is celebrated
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in a field-based role (required)
- Expertise in value-based, consultative selling with a drive to earn BIG
- Strong CRM skills for effective planning and tracking
- A valid G driver’s license-you’ll be on the road meeting clients regularly
- Charisma, confidence, resilience, and a passion for connecting with people

- Uncapped commissions-earn from day one
- First-year OTE between $165,000 – $178,000, with top performers reaching $180,000 – $200,000
