£40,000 basic salary + commission = £60,000+ per year

Our sales function is thriving right now, which is exactly why we need an experienced Team Leader to come in and shake things up. Our sales team are breaking records, going on trips away to celebrate revenue generated, and being promoted.

This isn’t a floor that’s failing, this is a high performance, high energy bunch of sales superstars who need a Leader to be full of energy, full of continuous feedback, and have the skills to coach and develop them to continue improving.

If your energetic, fun, and passionate about leading others then our sales floor is the type of place you want to be in. We have deal songs that play every time a staff member closes a deal, we are constantly handing out prizes and cash on the floor, we invest heavily in data to keep the team busy, and we run early dart, double bubble, extra time on lunches, time off incentives, and prizes daily to motivate the team.

You’ll play a huge part in handing these out, as well as looking after the team’s performance, making sure your staff hit targets set for them, call listening and providing feedback, side by side support, and giving them the boost they naturally need.

You’ll even have the benefit of an in-house coach who will help you to guide your team to be the best.

Scope of progression for you can be exactly the same, with leadership progression available.

The better your team perform, the more money you will make, coming out with an average of £1,500 per month in commission payments as a Team Leader.

We can even guarantee you a joining bonus upon starting with us, based on your previous earnings. Pay slips will need to be provided for this, however it means an additional bonus payment in your first, second and third month with us.
