      Sales Development Representative (Tech Sales) | Toronto, ON

      Location: Downtown Toronto, ON (Fully On-Site – 5 Days per Week)
      Compensation: $50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (OTE $75,000 – $100,000+)

      We are partnering with a rapidly growing SaaS organization that is looking for ambitious Sales Development Representatives to join their high-performing sales team in Downtown Toronto.

      This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys outbound prospecting, is motivated by uncapped earning potential, and wants to build a long-term career in technology and business services sales. The successful candidate will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the company’s continued growth.

      What You’ll Be Doing

      • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
      • Identify and engage prospective clients, primarily within the small and medium-sized business market.
      • Connect with business owners and decision-makers to understand their challenges and create interest.
      • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
      • Book qualified meetings for the Account Executive team.
      • Deliver engaging conversations that showcase the value of the company’s solutions.
      • Overcome objections and confidently navigate prospect conversations.
      • Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management within the CRM.
      • Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity targets.

      What They’re Looking For

      • Minimum 1 year of outbound B2B sales experience, ideally within technology, SaaS, or professional services.
      • Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls and engaging with new prospects daily.
      • A true hunter mentality with a passion for generating new business.
      • Competitive, motivated, and driven by achieving and exceeding targets.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and tell a compelling story.
      • Resilient and persistent when handling objections and rejection.
      • Coachable with a strong desire to learn, develop, and grow within sales.
      • Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
      • Experience selling software, technology solutions, or business services is considered a strong asset.
