Basic: £28,000 + uncapped commission

You’ll join us as a Senior Consultant, with the opportunity to move to Executive Consultant, then Lead Consultant. This takes you to the end of your consultant journey. Next up you’ll move to Business Development Manager – step into the world of closing your own sales until its time to move to Team Leader, Sales Floor Manager, or Sales Partner level.

The role itself is easy, if your someone who feels sales is in your blood, and you’ve got the confidence to dial, make great conversations happen, objection handle well, and book meetings, then you have the skills to shape your own career and make a lot of money whilst you do so!

As a Senior Sales Executive you’ll benefit from the following:

• Receive a healthy percentage of deals closed, with deals averaging at £14,000
• We ease you into the role via 4 weeks of training
• Constant data pots allocated to you, meaning you’ll never run out of quality leads to convert

• Hit your wins and you earn an additional £1,500 on top of your commission
