      Sales Floor Manager – Business Sales

      Fully in office in Downtown Toronto, off of King and Union station

      Base salary: $100, 000 – $110, 000 depending on experience + bonus scheme

      What Are We Looking For?

      We are seeking a confident, hands-on, and proven Sales Manager with a track record of delivering strong results. You will join a department responsible for generating product demonstrations and upsell opportunities for digital services. This is a key leadership role that will support continued growth and success in the Canadian market. You will also collaborate closely with the Sales Director, offering insight and ideas to enhance performance and conversion rates.

      The ideal candidate will have experience managing an outbound, telephone-based sales team and will excel at driving quality and meeting targets in a fast-paced environment. You should be comfortable challenging your team, making confident decisions, and operating within a B2B setting. A proactive mindset is essential, particularly in areas such as coaching, pipeline management, campaign planning, and revenue growth.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Recruit, train, coach, and manage a high-performing telesales team of up to 15 individuals
      • Optimize CRM systems to enhance data quality and lead management
      • Provide daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports and management information
      • Regularly engage on the sales floor to drive performance, activity, and KPIs
      • Analyze and manipulate sales data to identify opportunities
      • Lead and oversee campaign planning and execution
      • Continuously assess and improve sales performance, monitoring leads, conversions, and results
      • Introduce new incentives to motivate and energize the team

      What You Bring

      • Demonstrated success managing a telephone-based sales department
      • 5+ years of management experience
      • Saas and software sales experience essential
      • Ability to build, lead, and drive performance within a target-driven, entrepreneurial environment
      • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels, including senior leadership
      • A consultative and strategic approach to sales
