The Role

As a Product Designer (UI/UX), you will deliver high-quality, user-centred designs across a varied product portfolio.

This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position. You could be working on an intuitive dashboard one day and using AI-assisted prototyping tools like Claude Design to test micro-interactions the next.

You will use Figma as your core canvas to iterate quickly and scale design systems

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Create high-fidelity UI/UX designs, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile.
• Provide expert design advice and UX recommendations to product stakeholders.
• Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into product enhancements.
• Maintain and scale complex design systems in Figma, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
• Leverage Claude Design to rapidly prototype concepts and accelerate workflows.
• Support development teams during handoff, ensuring design specifications are accurately built.
• Translate complex user journeys into simple, intuitive, and beautiful interfaces.
• Build strong partnerships with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues to align product strategy with client expectations.
• Keep professional knowledge sharp by staying ahead of new AI design trends and tools.

About You

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who combines strong visual and UI UX skills with excellent communication, a proactive approach, and a genuine focus on delivering great user experiences.

You’ll ideally have:

• 3-5 years’ experience working in UI/UX product design, ideally within an agency, consultancy, or client-facing environment.
• Experience across multiple industries, with e-commerce or SaaS product experience highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including experience building and maintaining comprehensive design systems and component libraries.
• Familiarity with Claude Design or similar AI-assisted design and prototyping tools to accelerate workflows.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user research methodologies, and digital accessibility (WCAG) standards.
• Excellent communication skills to present design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the independence and confidence to manage multiple product features simultaneously.
• A proactive, collaborative approach to working alongside product managers and software engineers.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary range from £50,000 – £55,000
• Full-time, Monday-to-Friday working hours.
• A varied field-based role with exposure to a broad range of clients and industries.
