This is not your typical Salesforce Admin role

We are looking for a Junior Salesforce Administrator with a strong foundation in core Salesforce configuration who wants to build a long-term career within Salesforce platform management and development. Existing experience with coding is useful, but not essential – attitude, problem-solving capability, and a willingness to learn are our top priorities.

You’ll join a growing software and technology team responsible for expanding and maintaining a highly customised internal sales platform. The platform is built using standard Salesforce configuration alongside Lightning Web Components and Apex. The business has already delivered phase one successfully and is now investing heavily into scaling the platform across the wider group. This offers a fantastic opportunity for you to grow your administrative skills, learn from senior developers, and naturally progress your career as the platform expands.

What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting users of the custom Salesforce platform
* Troubleshooting and resolving application issues
* Developing new functionality alongside the Salesforce team
* Enhancing performance and user experience
* Learning Salesforce development tools and best practices
