      HR Documentation Specialist

      Location: Toronto, ON (5 Days On-Site)
      Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 + Benefits

      Are you an HR professional who enjoys working directly with clients and providing practical, business-focused solutions?

      We’re partnering with a well-established national organization that supports thousands of Canadian businesses with workplace compliance, HR, and employment relations. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Human Resources Consultant to join a collaborative and high-performing team in Toronto.

      In this role, you’ll combine your HR expertise with strong client relationship skills, helping organizations create compliant employment documentation while providing trusted guidance on workplace best practices.

      What You’ll Be Doing

      Every day is different. You’ll work closely with businesses across a wide range of industries, helping them navigate employee documentation and HR processes.

      Your responsibilities will include:

      • Meeting with clients virtually to understand their business needs and prepare tailored employment documentation.
      • Drafting employment contracts, workplace policies, letters, and other HR documents.
      • Explaining documentation to clients in a clear, practical, and commercially focused way.
      • Identifying potential employment-related risks and recommending appropriate solutions.
      • Managing multiple client files while meeting service standards and turnaround times.
      • Building trusted relationships through exceptional customer service and professional advice.
      • Keeping current with employment legislation and HR best practices.
      • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure clients receive a seamless experience.
      • Maintaining accurate records and case notes using internal systems.

      What We’re Looking For

      • CHRP designation is mandatory.

      • Previous experience in Human Resources, Employment Law, or a related advisory role.

      • Strong knowledge of employment documentation and HR best practices.

      • Exceptional written English and document drafting skills.

      • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.

      • Excellent communication skills, both virtually and in person.

      • Strong organizational and time management skills.

      • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

      • A client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

      • Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
