Looking for your next move in HR?

This could be a great opportunity to step into a varied, client-facing role where you’ll work with businesses across a range of industries, helping them stay compliant and up to date with their HR documentation.

You don’t need to be a seasoned HR consultant. We’re looking for someone with practical HR knowledge, strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with clients.

Day to Day

Meeting with around four different clients each day via video call.
Understanding each client’s business, challenges and HR requirements.
Advising clients on HR documentation and employment-related queries.
Drafting bespoke HR documentation, including contracts, policies and handbooks.
Keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation and best practice.
Managing your own workload to meet agreed KPIs, SLAs and deadlines.
Building strong, long-term relationships with clients through every interaction.
Supporting existing clients with ongoing HR queries and documentation.
Identifying opportunities to introduce relevant HR products and services.

YOU?

Practical HR experience and a basic understanding of employment legislation.
Someone confident communicating with clients and building rapport quickly.
Strong written skills and attention to detail.
A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
The ability to research and interpret HR legislation quickly.
Comfortable managing your own workload in a fast-paced environment.
Commercial awareness and an interest in identifying new opportunities.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

This is a role where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, work directly with clients and develop your HR knowledge from day one.
