As part of our client’s established team, you will be responsible for advising a range of clients from different sectors on employee benefits, ensuring that you provide a tailored service to meet their individual business requirements. With up-to-date knowledge of the benefits landscape, you will utilise this knowledge to ensure effective service delivery within the employee benefits space.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Engaging with a variety of clients from different sectors and building strong relationships to fully understand business needs
• Utilising market knowledge to advise on wider benefits strategy and tailoring packages for individual clients
• Creating clear and engaging communication materials to educate employees about their benefits
• Analysis of current benefits offerings with a view to identifying gaps or improvements

Required skills and experience include, but not limited to:

• Degree educated in a relevant field.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently and to a high standard
• Proficient in benefits administration software and tools.
