He oversees the overall operational management of The Portfolio Group and works with our client solutions team on their Executive-level recruitment due to his expert delivery experience. Additionally, he manages our Payroll Perms, HR & Reward and Procurement divisions.
Mark, Director of our Temporary Division, brings over 15 years of expertise in temporary recruitment. Managing our temporary consultants across three divisions; Payroll, HR & Reward, & Credit Control, he mentors & provides expert guidance to ensure we are always matching quality talent to our client’s short-term hiring needs.
Tom is the Head of Client Engagement at The Portfolio Group, and is in charge of building and maintaining long-lasting, loyal relationships with both new and existing clients. He brings a wealth of experience to this role, with experience in both recruitment and client relationship roles and a strong foundation in sales.
Brandon is an accomplished recruitment professional with nearly eight years of industry experience, having progressed from a Consultant to his current leadership capacity as a Business Manager. His expertise spans the full HR lifecycle, focusing on high-impact roles such as HR Directors, Heads of HR, and HR Business Partners. Additionally, Brandon recruits niche specialists in the reward sector, including Heads of Compensation and Benefits, Reward Analysts, and Total Reward Leads.
Lily does HR Recruitment in our Manchester office. She has been with the business since 2022, and recruits a variety of roles ranging from Interim HR Managers to Reward and Benefits Consultants.
