Key Responsibilities:
* Chat with customers via phone, email, and live chat, helping them with a variety of questions.
* Offer friendly, accurate, and timely solutions – no question is too small!
* Keep clear and accurate customer records.
* Work with other departments to solve trickier issues.
* Always bring your professionalism, positivity, and confidentiality to the table.
What Our Client is Looking For:
* Fantastic communication skills – both spoken and written.
* A calm, patient, and positive approach to problem-solving.
* The ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment.
* A can-do attitude and flexibility to work different shifts.
* Previous customer service experience is great, but not essential – you will be taught everything you need to know!
What my client offers:
* Office-based in Warrington
* Full-time, 40 hours per week (10 hours shifts 4 nights on 4 nights off)
* £12.87 per hour starting rate
