What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively prospect and engage small and medium-sized businesses through outbound cold calling.
• Generate high-quality appointments and sales opportunities for the Business Development team.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline using CRM.
• Identify customer needs and effectively communicate the value of the company’s services.
• Consistently achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and sales targets.
• Collaborate with a supportive and high-performing sales team while continuously developing your skills

What We’re Looking For

• Previous outbound B2B sales experience in an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales, Telesales, or similar role.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Resilient, motivated, and driven by achieving targets.
• A positive attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and build a long-term sales career.
• Experience using CRM systems is an asset.

• Uncapped commission with a realistic OTE of $70,000-$100,000+
