We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Sales Consultant to join its growing Reward team.

This is an opportunity to join an established business, develop specialist industry knowledge and build valuable relationships with clients – while playing a key role in driving new business and revenue growth.

Your day will involve:

• Making outbound calls to prospective businesses and generating new opportunities.
• Working targeted campaigns and prospect lists to identify potential customers.
• Using telephone, email and LinkedIn to engage prospects and build relationships.
• Speaking with senior stakeholders to understand their needs and qualify opportunities.
• Cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
• Generating referrals and developing new routes to market.
• Managing your pipeline, activity and sales performance through Salesforce.
• Delivering demonstrations of online platforms and explaining the value of the Reward portfolio.
• Supporting client onboarding and delivering training on the software and job evaluation methodologies.

What are we looking for?

We’re interested in proactive, resilient and results-driven salespeople who enjoy the challenge of winning new business.

You’ll ideally have:

• Experience in B2B sales, consultative sales or business development.
• Confidence making outbound calls and approaching new prospects.
• The ability to build rapport with decisionmakers and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• A self-motivated, target-driven approach.
• Knowledge of pay and reward principles is beneficial, but not essential.

What’s most important is your ability to engage prospects, identify opportunities and communicate commercial value. You’ll have the opportunity to build your knowledge of the Reward portfolio as you develop in the role.
