We’re partnering with a leading engineering group at the forefront of industrial innovation and digital transformation, who are looking for a professional to join their busy Customer Service team.
Role Responsibilities
- Owning the full customer journey – from onboarding through to order delivery and beyond
- Acting as the go-to for customer queries, resolving issues quickly and confidently
- Managing orders end-to-end, keeping everything on track and delays to a minimum
- Partnering with sales to build tailored solutions, pricing and quotations
- Handling escalations, returns and claims with a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Keeping systems and CRM fully up to date with accurate customer and order data
- Supporting procurement and supplier coordination to ensure smooth delivery
- Driving customer engagement and increasing use of digital and e-commerce tools
