We are an incredibly ambitious, expanding business looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to drive growth for our market-leading HR information platform. In this role, you will sell online information tools and software resources directly to accountants in practice. You will benefit from a dedicated Business Sales Consultant partner booking demonstrations for you, whilst actively building your own professional referral network.

What You Will Do

Deliver high-impact online demonstrations booked by yourself and your BSC partner
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive new business activity
Generate and attend strategic meetings with potential introducers and referral partners
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Work collaboratively in a high-energy, target-focused, and high-reward culture

What You Will Bring

2+ years of proven track record in a B2B sales environment (specific industry experience is not required)
Strong confidence in value-based, consultative selling techniques
Ability to engage and sell effectively to Business Owners, Boards of Directors, and HR Managers
A genuine enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth
Resilience, target-driven focus, and a passion for working at a fast pace
