Gemma has 20 years experience in the Recruitment industry covering 360, Internal Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. Gemma joined The Portfolio Group in July 2024 as our Global Head of Talent, People & Culture. Gemma’s role includes managing the internal recruitment team, recruitment marketing & branding, culture, engagement, onboarding and people strategy.
Joining in 2018, Sam is our Head of Marketing Communications. Responsible for our overall content strategy, marketing activity and the reputation of the Group and our six specialist divisions. Danny is a digital marketing expert with over 15 years experience across various marketing disciplines. As the Head of Digital Marketing, he leads the digital transformation, technology implementation, digital marketing channels and brand activation across the whole business.
Janine is highly experienced with over 20 years in People and HR Management. CIPD-qualified at MCIPD level, she brings a strong track record in driving operational efficiency and delivering strategic initiatives across HR, operations, sales, and service environments. Janine leads our Permanent HR & Reward division in London, hiring across all areas of HR, benefits, reward, and compensation at all levels.
Evette Van Est is a Senior Business Manager at Portfolio HR & Reward. With over 25 years in recruitment; including 6 years dedicated to HR, she brings extensive expertise across HR & business support functions. She focuses on roles in HR, reward, benefits, compensation, and learning & development, using her deep knowledge and strong networks to connect businesses with talent that drives strategic impact. Working with organisations across Manchester and the North, Evette also advises on benchmarking and recruitment strategy.
Rosie has over 7 years payroll recruitment experience, all gained from her time at The Portfolio Group. Rosie joined the team as a Resourcer and worked her way up to Senior Business Manager, now specialising in executive level recruitment on our permanent division.
Brandon Robinson has over 6 years recruitment experience, and has spent the last 2 years specialising within our Credit Control division covering all levels within a permanent capacity, some of the roles Brandon recruits for include; Credit Controllers, Senior Credit Controllers, Credit Control Managers & Head of Credit Control.
Carla has over 11 years recruitment experience in a few different sectors. Carla joined Portfolio on the payroll team in 2019 as a senior recruitment consultant and was promoted to business manager after 3 years with the company. Following her successes with the payroll team, Carla then moved internally and now manages the HR division allowing her to expand on her expertise of the Payroll and HR sector.
Fiona O’Neill is an experienced Business Manager within our permanent division, with over 5 years with portfolio payroll, she is dedicated to building long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. Offering strong expertise and knowledge within the payroll market.
