      Trailblazer Sales Training Program – Starting August 2025

      What You’ll Be Doing as a Business Sales Consultant:

      You’ll be the first point of contact for small-to-mid-sized businesses, identifying how our client’s game-changing HR platform can solve their operational headaches. Your mission? Book quality meetings for the Business Development team and help drive new revenue.

      • Make 80-100 outbound calls per day
      • Qualify, secure, and book in at least 3 qualified appointments daily
      • Partner with a Business Development Manager to convert meetings into deals
      • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
      • Be the sales engine behind new business growth

      What We’re Looking For:

      • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience (cold calling preferred)
      • Proven track record of hitting KPIs and sales goals
      • High energy, self-motivation, and a competitive edge
      • Coachable mindset with a hunger to learn and grow
      • Grit, tenacity, and the kind of personality that lights up a room
