      Salary: $60,000K Base | Realistic OTE 150k-$200k+ | Uncapped Commission

As the company continues to grow, we’re looking for a driven, high-performing Business Development Manager to join their dynamic sales team.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Drive new business through strategic prospecting, referrals, and networking.
      • Meet face-to-face with business owners to provide HR & Health & Safety solutions.
      • Build lasting relationships with key referral partners.
      • Exceed sales targets in a dynamic, high-reward environment.
      • Manage your pipeline effectively using a CRM system.

      What We’re Looking For:

      • 5+ years of proven B2B field sales experience.
      • Strong consultative selling skills with a value-driven approach.
      • Confidence in selling to business owners and senior decision-makers.
      • A valid G driver’s license (this is a field-based role).
      • A competitive, results-driven mindset and a passion for sales success.
