      Senior HR & Employment Relations Advisor

      Location: Downtown Toronto (King & Union Station)

      Work Model: 5 Days In-Office

      Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM EST

      Salary: $70,000 – $80,000

      Join our team as a Senior HR & Employment Relations Advisor, providing expert, commercially focused guidance to a growing portfolio of clients. This is a high-impact, phone-centric role for a technical HR expert who thrives on solving complex employee relations issues in a fast-paced environment.

      Core Responsibilities

      • Expert Advisory: Deliver solution-oriented advice on employment law, performance management, harassment investigations, and terminations via phone and virtual consultations.
      • Case Leadership: Own high-risk files from start to finish, exercising sound professional judgment and high-level client care.
      • Retention & Growth: Identify client needs and position our services as essential for risk mitigation; recognize upselling opportunities for customized documentation and health & safety support.
      • Documentation & Compliance: Draft high-quality employment documents and maintain precise records within Salesforce, adhering to privacy legislation and internal standards.
      • Performance Excellence: Meet KPIs and SLAs by managing high call volumes while prioritizing first-call resolution.
      • Mentorship & Expertise: Support junior advisors, contribute to legislative updates/webinars, and share trend analysis with leadership to improve internal processes.

      What You Bring

      • Credentials: CHRP/CPHR/CHRL designation (or provincial equivalent) required; candidates currently pursuing the designation will be considered.
      • Experience: Proven success in a KPI-driven, fast-paced environment (Shared Services or Consultancy experience is a major plus).
      • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a “customer-first” mentality.
      • Commercial Acumen: A practical, problem-solving mindset focused on commercially viable HR solutions.
      • Technical Savvy: High proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce) and digital HR tools.
      • Resilience: Ability to manage a heavy, high-pressure workload independently while remaining a collaborative team player.
