      Senior HR Advisor

      The Portfolio Group are exclusively representing an award-winning, multinational HR & Employment Law services organisation, seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their high-performing, expert advisory team.

      The opportunity is ideally suited to a highly experience HR Professional with a strong background in Employment Law and Employee Relations. You will provide expert, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base of over 30,000 organisations across multiple sectors, acting as a trusted advisor on both routine and complex HR matters.

      The Role

      • Deliver high level, HR and Employment Law Advice, predominantly via telephone.
      • Advise on complex employee relations cases including disciplinaries, grievances, dismissals, TUPE and redundancy
      • Provide strategic guidance aligned to clients’ commercial objectives.
      • Review and advise on client policies, contracts and internal documentation
      • Ensure advice is compliant with current legislation and deliver within SLAs
      • Act as a subject-matter expert, supporting best practice and mentoring where required

      About You

      • Extensive experience in a senior HR advisory or HR business partnering role
      • Strong, up to date Employment Law knowledge with proven experience handling ER cases.
      • CIPD Qualification (or equivalent experience)
      • Confident working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven or shared services environment
      • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
      • Highly organised, resilient and commercially astute.
