      Position: Salesforce Administrator

      Location: Downtown Toronto (near Union Station) fully on-site

      Salary: $100,000-$110,000

      Type: Full time permanent + perks (3 weeks of vacation, with increases after 2 and 5 years of service, employer-paid benefits, a pension plan, monthly incentives, team social events)

      Job Responsibilities:

      • Act as one of the primary administrators for our Salesforce CRM environment.
      • Manage all core administrative functions, including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and process automation tools (e.g., Process Builder).
      • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, coordinating with Salesforce Support as needed.
      • Develop and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials for internal support teams.
      • Provide ongoing Salesforce platform support and collaborate on system enhancements.
      • Prioritize and execute tasks effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
      • Partner with Business Analysts to support end-to-end testing in QA/UAT environments before release.
      • Utilize Jira to log, track, and manage Salesforce projects and BAU support requests.
      • Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

      Requirements:

      • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator (required).
      • Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
      • Strong background in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
      • Proven experience with Salesforce Lightning and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
      • Skilled in using data management tools such as Data Loader.
      • Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining AppExchange applications.
      • Prior development or Apex experience is highly preferred.
      • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
      • Creative thinker with the ability to approach challenges from different angles.
      • Experience managing reports and dashboards for multiple cross-functional teams.
      • Familiarity with E-Sign and Nintex for document generation within Salesforce workflows.
