      What You’ll Be Doing:

      • Deliver dynamic, gamified induction training for new sales hires – complete with interactive weekly & monthly workshops.
      • Design impactful ongoing coaching programs that keep our team sharp, competitive, and closing deals.
      • Collaborate with Sales Managers and Directors to pinpoint skill gaps and drive performance improvements.
      • Train teams on Salesforce and best-in-class sales techniques to maximize output.
      • Keep training materials current, practical, and aligned with our global growth goals.
      • Analyze training effectiveness and continuously refine delivery for maximum impact.

      What You’ll Bring:

      • A proven track record in fast-paced B2B sales environments.
      • Hands-on experience in sales training (especially telephone-based sales).
      • Strong Salesforce knowledge.
      • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
      • A natural ability to inspire, engage, and develop top-performing sales talent.
