      The Opportunity

      On behalf of a global leader in HR and People Management software, we are seeking high-energy Sales Development Representatives (SDR) to join an elite business development team in our client’s premier downtown office. This is a full-time, 5 days per week in-office role based in a premier downtown location just minutes from Union Station.

      Our client provides industry-leading SaaS solutions that help small-to-medium businesses navigate the complexities of HR and employment law. You will be part of a vibrant sales floor where teamwork and real-time coaching are at the heart of the culture.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Execute high-volume outbound activity to identify and engage with business owners and C-suite executives.
      • Conduct discovery calls to uncover organizational pain points and qualify prospects against the company’s value proposition.
      • Secure high-quality software demonstrations for the senior field sales team to drive revenue growth.
      • Utilize CRM tools to manage prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up and accurate data tracking.
      • Collaborate daily with peers and mentors on the sales floor to refine pitches and share winning strategies.

      Who You Are

      We are looking for individuals with a “growth mindset” and the grit to succeed in a competitive, office-based sales landscape. The ideal candidate brings:

      • 1+ year of B2B sales experience (outbound/prospecting experience is highly preferred).
      • You view “no” as a stepping stone to a “yes” and maintain a high level of activity throughout the day.
      • You can command a conversation, build rapport, and articulate complex value over the phone.
      • You are naturally motivated by targets, KPIs, and being at the top of the leaderboard.
      • You thrive in a social, high-energy atmosphere and value the mentorship that comes with being on a live sales floor.
