      Business Development Manager
      Location: Fully In-Office | Full-Time

They’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to join their high-performing sales team.

      What You’ll Be Doing

      • Close 5-7 sales demos per day – including web leads, inbound calls, upsells, and qualified new business opportunities
      • Drive outbound activity through calls, emails, and marketing tools to uncover new revenue streams
      • Collaborate with your BSC partner to generate appointments and hit performance goals
      • Maintain a dynamic pipeline, actively managing each stage of the sales journey
      • Build and nurture relationships with both new prospects and existing clients
      • Become an expert on the company’s solutions to deliver consultative, value-led sales
      • Consistently meet and exceed KPIs and targets
      • Generate new opportunities through referrals and social selling
      • Always operate in a compliant, ethical, and goal-oriented manner

      What We’re Looking For

      • A proven track record in SaaS or business development sales
      • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven setting
      • B2B experience is a bonus, but not required
      • Someone confident, persuasive, and eager to close deals
