The Opportunity
We’re looking for a high-impact, emotionally intelligent Retention Acount Manager to lead the client retention strategy. This role combines hands-on “save” calls with strategic leadership, ensuring at-risk clients are re-engaged, supported, and retained.
You’ll directly manage complex cancellation cases while coaching a high-performing team to boost save rates, protect revenue, and elevate the overall client experience.
Success in this role is measured by save rate, retention revenue, team performance, and client satisfaction.
