Regional Field Sales Manager – West
Location: Hybrid (Field + Onsite in Downtown Vancouver HQ)
Are you a proven sales leader with a passion for coaching and unlocking the potential of high-performing teams? We’re looking for a results-driven Regional Field Sales Manager to elevate the Business Development Managers (BDMs) in the Western region-turning good into great and great into exceptional.
In this pivotal role, you’ll focus on optimizing individual and team sales performance. You’ll work closely with BDMs to help them grow, while continuing to challenge top performers to reach new heights. Leveraging data insights, you’ll identify key trends and areas for improvement, implement strategic sales plans, and foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and excellence.
Review and analyze BDM sales metrics and pipeline data to develop personalized sales strategies aimed at boosting revenue.
Partner with Sales Leadership to uncover performance gaps and roll out targeted training programs and coaching initiatives.
Monitor and optimize lead source usage, setting measurable targets and tracking outcomes.
Hold regular one-on-one coaching sessions and monthly business reviews with BDMs to evaluate performance and set future goals.
Analyze historical trends by month and quarter to refine sales strategies and unlock growth opportunities.
Support BDMs in creating persuasive proposals and impactful sales presentations when needed.
Oversee pipeline health and accuracy to ensure forecasts are realistic and aligned with company expectations.
Collaborate with the Telemarketing and Management Teams to ensure seamless alignment between inside and outside sales efforts.
Work with Sales Training to build business plans, host development workshops, and help BDMs achieve their goals.
Enforce accountability by ensuring BDMs meet activity benchmarks across prospecting, meetings, proposals, and deal closures.
Enhance individual sales capabilities through customized coaching and ongoing skills development.
Analyze performance data to spot trends and collaborate with the Sales Training team on relevant workshop content.
Deliver insightful reporting and progress updates to key business stakeholders.
5+ years of experience in a B2B sales management or leadership role.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop remote or field-based sales teams.
Strong data analysis skills with a knack for spotting trends and performance drivers.
Confident communicator with the ability to give clear, actionable feedback in coaching settings.
Highly driven and goal-oriented, with a talent for setting expectations and ensuring accountability.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, capable of driving team-wide growth and alignment.
Willingness to travel throughout the region and occasionally to Eastern Canada in a fast-paced sales environment.
Compensation: Competitive base salary + quarterly bonuses, with additional earnings for surpassing stretch goals.
