      • Campaign Execution: Lead end-to-end builds including asset creation (emails, landing pages, forms), UTM governance, and attribution mapping.
      • CRM & Systems Integration: Maintain the HubSpot-Salesforce integration to ensure clean data sync, attribution accuracy, and sales visibility.
      • Technical Connectivity: Implement and oversee API integrations with third-party tools (chatbots, webinar platforms, etc.) to ensure seamless data flow.
      • Optimization & Data Governance: Build lead scoring models, conduct A/B testing, and utilize Data Hub for advanced segmentation and data hygiene.
      • Reporting: Design dashboards to track funnel progression, ROI, and overall pipeline contribution.

      What You Bring

      • Experience: 3+ years in B2B marketing automation.
      • Technical Expertise: Deep “in-the-weeds” experience with HubSpot (Marketing, Content, Data, and Service Hubs) and Salesforce CRM.
      • Integrations: Proven ability to manage API connections and third-party platform syncs.
      • Analytical Mindset: A data-driven approach to campaign tracking, attribution modeling, and performance reporting.
      • Project Management: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple concurrent projects in a collaborative environment.
      • Bonus Skills: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or SQL; experience integrating LLMs (like ChatGPT or Gemini) with HubSpot.
