      A growing organisation in Westerham is seeking a proactive IT Engineer to join their friendly and fast-moving team. If you enjoy solving technical challenges, supporting users, and getting involved in a broad mix of infrastructure and service desk work, this role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills.

      What you’ll do

      • Provide hands-on support across hardware, software, networks, and user queries
      • Assist with maintenance and improvement of on-prem and cloud systems
      • Troubleshoot issues efficiently, escalating where needed
      • Contribute to ongoing IT projects and upgrades
      • Help ensure security, reliability, and smooth day-to-day operations

      What you’ll bring

      • Solid experience in an IT support or IT engineering role
      • Knowledge of Windows environments, O365, networking basics and common troubleshooting methods
      • A helpful, customer-focused approach and clear communication
      • The ability to prioritise, take initiative and work well both independently and as part of a team
