      Inside Sales Team Leader

      Location: Eastpoint Business Park, Dublin 3

      Package: Up to €45,000 Base + Performance Bonus + Excellent Benefits

      The Mission: Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing outbound “Engine Room.”

      The Opportunity

      We are a market-leading global consultancy that has been empowering businesses for over 40 years. With a client base of thousands and aggressive growth plans for the coming years, we are looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Team Leader to join our Dublin management team.

      You will take ownership of a dynamic outbound B2B sales squad, managing a mix of seasoned pros and hungry trainees. This is a pivotal role where you will bridge the gap between our Inside Sales “Engine Room” and the Field Sales Business Development team.

      Your Impact (The Day-to-Day)

      • Coach & Elevate: Deliver at least two coaching sessions daily. You’ll be “on the floor” providing live call-listening, real-time feedback, and 1-2-1 development to turn trainees into top performers.
      • Drive the Numbers: Take full responsibility for daily team targets, call volumes, and appointment-setting KPIs.
      • Culture Architect: Maintain the high-voltage energy of the sales floor through creative competitions, recognition, and celebration of wins.
      • Strategic Coordination: Act as the vital link between your team and Field Sales Managers to ensure a seamless and high-quality sales pipeline.
      • Performance Management: Conduct regular 1-2-1 reviews, identifying trends and using data to optimize team output.

      • Leadership Pedigree: Proven experience as a Team Leader or Manager within a high-volume call centre or outsourced sales environment.
      • The “Agent” Foundation: You’ve been in the trenches. You have a background as a successful sales agent and know exactly what it takes to close.
      • Analytical Mindset: You don’t just see numbers; you see trends. You can analyze data to improve team performance and efficiency.
      • Natural Authority: A confident, positive, and professional personality with the ability to inspire a team.
