As an HR Consultant, you’ll be at the frontline of client support, delivering expert HR and employment law advice via phone and email to organisations across Great Britain and Northern Ireland!

Every client interaction matters – and you’ll be trusted to guide businesses through complex and sensitive issues with confidence and clarity!
DAY TO DAY
- Providing clear, legally compliant HR and employment law advice tailored to each client
- Managing cases end-to-end, taking ownership through to resolution
- Building strong rapport and trusted relationships with clients on every interaction
- Meeting personal and departmental KPIs and contractual SLAs
- Offering pragmatic options, including highlighting legal risks where applicable
- Accurately recording advice and case notes on internal systems
- Supporting clients with documentation, policies and ad-hoc letter drafting
- Advising in line with client-specific terms, conditions and internal documentation
- Staying up to date with changes in employment law, legislation and best practice
- Attending legal briefings, training sessions and team meetings
- Identifying opportunities to refer additional products and services where appropriate
- Delivering an exceptional level of service at all times
YOU?
- Solid practical experience in HR and employment law advisory work
- Broad knowledge of employment law, HR best practice and ACAS guidance
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset – confident offering creative options
- Ability to work calmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working to KPIs, SLAs and tight deadlines
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise independently
- Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for generating client referrals
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
