      Job Purpose

      As a Consultant, you will be required to undertake Health & Safety compliance reviews for different business types; you meet with the business owner, understand what they have in place to manage Health & Safety in their workplace and conduct a review, evaluating their current levels of compliance.

      Further to the review, you will be required to complete an evaluation report for the Client, based upon your findings, highlighting any risks and making recommendations.

      Journey and deliver the service through all available channels, embracing technology where possible. You will also play a key part in working with the Senior Leadership team to drive H&S sales through their knowledge of the marketplace, driving referrals, and engaging with our Sales Teams.

      For this role you will need to have sales experience, TechIOSH or NEBOSH National General Certificate (or level 3 H&S equivalent), and a full driving licence.

      Main Duties

      • Prepare for and carry out a H&S review for each client, compiling a report based upon the findings, highlighting any risks and making recommendations.
      • Covering an agreed geographical area, meeting with a wide variety (most sectors) of businesses and their owners.
      • It is essential that you are able to adapt to each changing environment and be able to engage with different business owners to identify their individual requirements and professionally communicate what risk they have in their Health & Safety management.
      • A primary objective of the role is to demonstrate the value of our core H&S Service and highlight the key reasons that the Client would benefit from, without compromising professional Health & Safety consultancy objectives.

      Salary

      Salary on offer is €38K, OTE €80K, uncapped commission, car allowance and top billers are taking home close to €110K. A guaranteed addition, for the first three months of a further €2K per month as you go through induction and finding your feet.

      5% commission on any client brought onboard for full service (average deal value – €11,000) – average conversion is 1 in 3.

      There is no escalator on the commission currently but there is a bonus structure depending on the number of wins in the quarter, i.e; 22 deals – €1000, 26 deals – €1500, and so on. On average, it’s 1 in every 3 meetings you’d close a deal, and you could be doing on average 10 deals a week but this depends on your availability and drive for success.
