      Schedule: 100% In-Office | Monday-Friday | 8:45am – 5:00pm

      Salary: $110k Base + OTE: $150k (Year 1), (Uncapped) + Package

      With on track earning (OTE) of up to $150,000 your earning potential is uncapped so there truly is no limit of how much you can earn!

      Reporting to the VP Sales & Marketing, you will be the head of a department which is responsible for introducing our software platform to small and medium size businesses and booking demos for the ‘Closing Team’ to secure and sign up new customers. You will also be responsible for leading the sales floor managers to ensure their teams are hitting all their KPIs on a daily basis.

      Additionally, you will drive all data reporting and review with VP Sales and Marketing as well as sales floor managers to look for opportunities for improvement, coaching & training with the sales team.

      The Opportunity

      • Mission: Lead the department responsible for introducing our platform to SMBs and fuelling our “Closing Team” with high-quality demos.
      • Impact: As the Department Head for the Inside Sales team, you will manage 3 Sales Floor Managers and a team of 30 high-performing reps.

      Your Day-to-Day

      • Lead & Coach: Manage and motivate a team of 30 to smash daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs.
      • Data-Driven Growth: Use sales data and CRM optimization to find opportunities for coaching and performance improvement.
      • Campaign Strategy: Distribute marketing leads and plan outbound campaigns to maximize conversion rates.
      • Pipeline Management: Oversee the entire outbound telephone-based SDR team to ensure consistent sales flow.

      What You Bring

      • Leadership: 7+ years of sales leadership experience, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth B2B model (A MUST).
      • Expertise: A proven track record of managing high-volume, telephone-based sales departments.
      • Consultative Approach: Deep understanding of how to sell through value and build long-term relationships.
      • Strategy: The ability to influence senior leadership and execute entrepreneurial sales plans.
