      I’m supporting a rapidly scaling, sales-led B2B services business as they appoint a Head of Growth Marketing to lead the next phase of digital acceleration.

      This organisation is already well established, highly profitable, and backed by significant investment. With ambitious plans for UK and international expansion, they are now making a step-change investment into digital growth and performance marketing.

      This is a genuine leadership role with full ownership of acquisition, conversion and funnel performance.

      The Head of Growth Marketing will be responsible for scaling digital demand generation across paid and unpaid channels, driving qualified, high-intent leads to support an ambitious sales organisation.

      You’ll own the growth strategy end-to-end – from channel mix and experimentation through to attribution, insight and revenue impact – positioning digital as a core commercial growth lever.

      ROLE

      This is a strategic, data-led and hands-on leadership position.

      You’ll lead multi-disciplinary teams across paid media, SEO, CRO, content and creative, while embedding AI, experimentation and data-driven decision making into the heart of the growth function.

      Despite the seniority, this role requires someone who is still comfortable being close to the detail – from ad platforms and tagging to performance analysis and optimisation.

      You’ll work closely with sales leadership and senior stakeholders, owning the full funnel and providing clear, commercial insight into what’s driving growth.

      DAY TO DAY

      • Lead and develop a high-performing growth marketing team
      • Own and manage the performance marketing budget
      • Define, track and optimise core acquisition and conversion KPIs
      • Drive continuous improvement through structured testing and experimentation
      • Optimise the click-to-lead journey across paid and organic channels
      • Deliver regular performance insights with clear commercial context
      • Own attribution and measurement tools to improve decision making
      • Leverage AI to improve efficiency, performance and scalability
      • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform changes and emerging technologies

      YOU?

      • Strong experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta and LinkedIn
      • Deep understanding of tracking, tagging and attribution
      • Proven experience scaling performance marketing in a B2B environment
      • Ability to build long-term growth strategies and testing roadmaps
      • Confident people leader with a collaborative, challenging mindset
      • Naturally creative, but relentlessly data-driven
      • Strong analytical capability across acquisition, optimisation and conversion
      • Experience working with CRM, analytics and reporting platforms
