If you are an ambitious, energetic person, this is a fantastic opportunity join their team of Graduate Outbound B2B Sales Executives and help them connect with businesses that need smarter HR and payroll tools.

      The Role

      As a Graduate Sales Executive, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth -prospecting, engaging, and booking qualified meetings with key decision-makers in HR, finance, and operations. You’ll play a crucial role in generating pipeline for our sales team and representing the voice of our brand in the UK market.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to potential B2B clients
      • Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations for senior sales reps
      • Understand prospects’ pain points and position our software as a solution
      • Maintain accurate activity and lead records in our CRM (e.g. Salesforce/HubSpot)
      • Hit and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach and appointments booked
