As they expand across Alberta, they are seeking a high-performing Field Business Development Manager to take ownership of the Medicine Hat territory and drive new business growth across the region.
This is a hunter-focused, lead generation-driven sales role for individuals who excel at building pipeline, creating opportunities, and closing new business in fast-moving environments.
The Role
This is a pure field-based, new business development role with a strong emphasis on both lead generation and closing deals.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualifying → closing
- Build your pipeline through cold outreach, door knocking, networking, and in-field prospecting activity
- Spend the majority of your time engaging directly with business owners and decision-makers across the territory
- Sell into SMEs across multiple industries with short, fast-paced sales cycles
- Deliver consultative, value-driven solutions tailored to client needs
- Operate with full autonomy and treat your territory like your own business
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7+ years of B2B field sales experience (mandatory)
- Proven success in fast sales cycle environments, ideally within SMB markets
- Strong track record of consistent new business acquisition
- True “hunter” mentality with a strong drive to win new logos
- High level of eagerness, energy, and competitive drive
- Clear, confident communication skills-both in-person and over the phone
- Strong ability to execute consultative selling approaches
- Comfortable with high-activity prospecting (cold calling, door knocking, self-generated pipeline)
- Highly self-motivated with strong territory ownership and discipline
- Valid driver’s license required

- $60,000 base salary + guaranteed commission in Year 1
