      About the Role

      This is a high-impact, field-based role focused exclusively on New Business Acquisition.

      • You excel in environments with short sales cycles, moving from initial discovery to partnership in a condensed timeframe.
      • You will spend your time in the field, engaging directly with Business Owners and Directors to deliver compelling, value-based solutions.

      What We Are Looking For

      • 5+ years of B2B Field Sales experience is mandatory. You must have a documented history of securing new business in competitive landscapes.
      • “Hunter” Mentality: You are driven by the new win and are motivated by a high-activity, high-reward environment. We are specifically looking for those who thrive in new business development rather than account management.
      • You treat your territory like your own business, possessing the discipline to manage a field-based schedule effectively.
      • A valid driver’s license is required for this field sales role.

      What to Expect

      • $60,000 base salary with guaranteed commission in your first year to ensure a seamless transition.
      • A realistic OTE of $170,000-$200,000+ with no ceiling on your earnings.
